7 Months

This past month has been so fun for us as parents. Tate has hit a couple milestones and it's just thrilling to watch. He started sitting up, and he got his first two teeth! He is just developing like crazy! He loves to be in new places and try new things, he is SO curious about everything! But then he also loves the things he is familiar with...his crib, his swing, his bouncer, changing table etc...He is about 21 pounds of solid cuteness, so the car seat is going to be the death of us. I don't know who designed those things, but the person who invents a light weight car seat will be very rich.
Tate is on a great schedule. He takes 3 naps a day, goes to bed around 7:30 and sleeps 10-12 hours a night. We have worked very hard to make this happen and I rarely leave the house during the day...but hey, he's on a good schedule. All the books I read talk about the imperative need for consistency so that is what we have really tried to focus on. Our boy is like clockwork now and it's been fabulous. Here is the latest and greatest with our little man.

He wants to bounce ALL the time. His bouncer has bungees so he goes nuts.




He always wants to sit with us at the dinner table. He loves watching people eat and he's not happy that he can't have our food.


He can sit up!










He likes to roll his ball back and forth with us

He is learning to stand while holding onto something



He loves daddy and mommy




He is a very happy little guy, but he does get sad sometimes too...




He loves to play with his toys



He loves sleeping whether it's on his back, stomach or swing
