Rosiola
So Tate had an ear infection about a month ago. He was put on an antibiotic but didn't seem to be improving, so we put him on a stronger one. Within 12 hours he had broken out in "hives". So we took him to the doctor and come to find out he had "Rosiola". Apparently like 90% of kids under 2 get this and it's is just a really annoying rash that you can't do anything about. It causes you to have a fever and then have tiny red hives all over your body for about 3 days. Tate was miserable because he not only had this, but his ear ache was still there. I just thought it was so funny that this is supposedly very common, yet I had never even heard of it. So here are some pics of our sweet boy and his Rosiola. He didn't even look like himself. You could just tell he was so sick. =( It was worse in person, but these were the best I could of them. They spots covered him from head to toe, but they were the worst on his face and mid section.
